Mr LAM Leung-kı
Mr Lam has a record of community service going back
to 1974, when he became Vice-Chairman of his MAC. He is now
an elected District Board member. His particular interests are the Fight Crime Committee, and youth and education matters. He was appointed to the Board of Education in 1979.
Mr LAM Ying-ho
Mr Lam is Principal of a long-established school and an appointed member of his District Board. He is a lay assessor (North Kowloon Magistracy) and a member of the HK Examinations Authority, the Board of Governors of United College (CUHK) and Baptist College, and Kowloon City District
Fight Crime Committee.
Mr LEE Kon
From a background as Chairman of the Happy Valley and Canal Road Kaifong since 1974, Mr Lee has been a keen
supporter of the new district administration structure. He was originally an appointed member of the Wanchai District Board, and was elected in September 1982 to the new board.
Mrs LEE LO Yuk-sim, JP
Mrs Lee has been a member of the Citizens Advisory
Committee on Community Relations since 1975. She is also a member of the Housing Authority, the Consumer Council and the
Wong Tai Sin District Board.
Mr NG Cheuk-tai
Mr Ng has been active in district affairs in Tuen Mun since becoming Centre Director of the Tuen Mun Marden
Foundation Caritas Social Centre in 1978. In March 1982 he
was the only outsider to stand for election to the Tuen Mun District Board and won the seat with the largest poll in
the New Territories. He represents Tuen Mun on the New Territories Advisory Committee for Clean Hong Kong Campaign.
