Mr. CHIU Chun-fai

Vice-Chairman of the Sham Shui Po Ferry Pier Area Committee and Chairman of the Penta House Owners' Association. He supports all district activities and is now planning a district orchestra.

Mr. CHIU Yu-hei

Active in Tsim Sha Tsui community. An office bearer

in the Kaifong Welfare Association and Vice-Chairman of the

Area Committee. Assists in youth recreational facilities and is a generous donor to community projects.

HI. CHONG Chu-choi

A member of the Tung Chung Rural Committee since

1962 and its Chairman since 1966. He has considerable influence

in the Islands District and his experience and balanced views provide a stabilising factor in the local political scene.

Mr. CHOW Yin-sum

Joined Kennedy Town Kaifong Association in 1950, and has been Chairman since 1974. Vice-chairman of the Kennedy

Town/Mount Davis Area Committee since 1972 and a member of the

Central and Western City District Committee since 1974.

Particularly interested in recreational and sports activities for young people.

Mr. FUNG Sau chung

The Headmaster of Hoh Fuk Tong Primary School. Instrumental, as member and past chairman, in guiding Church community building efforts in Tuen Mun. A keen supporter of cultural and recreational activities and prominent in the

education field.
