Prof. Michael James COLBOURNE

Prof. Colbourne has occupied the Chair of Community

Medicine in the Hong Kong University since 1974. He is also the

Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Hong Kong University.

He has held senior teaching posts in the Universities

of London and Singapore. His professional publications are

numerous and recognised internationally particularly on malariology

and tropical diseases, and he is one of .H.O.'s most respected

consultants in the specialty of malariology.

He is an acknowledged authority on preventive and

community medicine in Hong Kong and he has rendered valuable

service in this capacity.

Mr George HO, JF

Mr Ho is the Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of

Hong Kong Commercial Broadcasting Co. Ltd. and during the past

21 years has made a significant contribution to the development

of sound radio braodcasting in Hong Kong. Mr Ho has served on the Trade Development Council, the Aviation Advisory Board, the Consumer Council and the Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations, among other public boards and committees, and is

presently Vice-Patron of the Community Chest.

Mr Frank LIN Hui-po

Mr Lin has been for a number of years Chairman of the Hong Kong Knitwear Exporters and Manufacturers' Association and is Vice- Chairman of the Hong Kong Branch of the UK-based Clothing Institute.
