Mr. KWONG Ping-yau
an executive member of the Heung Yee Kuk, active in the New
Territories General Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Cheung Chau
Rural Committee.
Mr. LEUNG Chik
Chairman of the Lam Tei Pig Raising Co-operative Society since
1948 and Chairman of the Federation of Pig Raising Co-operative Societies
since 1978. He is a leader in improving pig husbandry and management.

Mr. LEUNG Siu-hung
Mr. Leung participates in the social and charitable activities
of Kaifong Associations, and under his leadership of the Kwun Tong Sports
Association a great range of sporting activities have been arranged.
Mr. LIMO Jih-hsing
Principal, Fung Kai Public School. Mr. Liao has a proven
record in education development, having founded the Fung Kai Kindergarten
in 1963 and then gone on to build Fung Kai No. 2 Secondary School, an
