Mr. LUI Ching-po
Mr. Lui Ching-po, Superintendent of Police (Auxiliary), joined
the Hong Kong Police Reserve as a Constable on 7th December 1953 and
progressed through the ranks to reach Superintendent of Police in 1971.
Mr. Lui was initially Superintendent in charge of the Special
Duty Company of Kowloon West until 15.9.1968 when he was transferred to
Sham Shui Po Division as Divisional Superintendent (Auxiliary) which post
he still holds. He has shown himself to be a conscientious and efficient
•
officer who has maintained a high standard within his unit by personal
example and leadership.

Police
Mr. LUK Ka-kwong
He was
Station Sergeant Luk joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as
a Constable in 1949 and was promoted to Station Sergeant in 1972.
highly commended by his Commanding Officer in 1963 and received four
Commissioner's Commendations in 1952, 1954 and twice in 1959. He received
the Colonial Police Long Service Medal in 1967 and the First Clasp in 1974.
Station Sergeant Luk has served continuously in Special Branch since 1952,
throughout with the highest standards of duty performance and leadership.
He is a first class investigator, and has played a significant part in
bringing to success a large number of cases of security importance.

Mr Robert Lewis John MACDONALD
He was
Mr. MacDonald joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1959 and has served in various formations including long periods, with distinction, in
both Marine as Deputy District Police Commander and Special Branch.
posted to Kowloon Command as the Senior Superintendent in charge of
Administration, Kowloon Headquarters in 1977. He is at present acting as
Deputy District Police Commander, Kowloon.
