Mr. Yeung is the Auxiliary Representative on the Police
Education and Welfare Trust Committee.
Despite his other responsibilities as the Principal of a College, he has set an excellent example to all officers of the Auxiliary Force and to the community at large.

Mr. Fong Chung-boon
Senior Ambulance Officer Fong has served with the Hong Kong Fire Service for 26 years. Before joining the Fire Service he served as an Ambulance Dresser with the Medical and Health Department, and for five years in the Royal Navy as a Leading Sick Berth Attendant.
His resourcefulness and devotion to duty at countless serious fires and calamities has been instrumental in the saving of many lives and easing of suffering of countless casualties, often under appalling conditions including typhoons and floods.

Mr. Pang Tak-sum
Senior Ambulance Officer Pang has served with the Hong Kong Fire Service for 27 years following a short period with the Medical and Health Department, Hong Kong.
His conduct throughout has been exemplary and his skill, determination and loyalty at serious fires and calamities have been. instrumental in the saving of many lives and easing of suffering of countless numbers of injured people under appalling conditions, including typhoons and floods.
His desire to help others extends outside of the Fire Service to St. John Ambulance Association where his valuable skills
are used in training others.
