Mr. Ho King-kong
Mr. Ho joined the Royal Hong Kong Police as a Constable in
1946. He was promoted to Corporal in 1954, Sergeant in 1957 and Staff Sergeant Class II in 1968, a rank which was regraded in 1971
as Station Sergeant. The majority of his service has been spent in
the Uniform Branch in the three Land Districts and training
establishments, and throughout he has displayed professional ability,
initiative and devotion to duty of the highest order.

Mr. John Gillean Mansell
Mr. Mansell joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1954
as an Inspector.
He is now a Senior Superintendent.
He has served mainly in the Uniform Branch, and in particular
Traffic, where has held appointments in Traffic Headquarters and
commanded both Traffic Hong Kong Island and Traffic Kowloon,
His high standard of efficiency has been acknowledged by
the grant of two favourable entries in his Record of Service, the award
of the Commissioner's Commendation and, in 1972, by the award of the Colonial Police Long Service Medal. At present, Mr. Mansell is in command of the Personnel Branch of Police Headquarters.

Mrs. Ng Chan Chui-fong
Mrs. Ng joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1954. She was promoted to Corporal in 1960 and Sergeant in 1968. She has
served in both the Uniform Branch and the Criminal Investigation
Department and, in recognition of her devotion to duty, has over the
years received five monetary awards and a Commanding Officers'
Commendation for initiative and devotion to duty.
During the past six years at the Police Training School she
has been responsible for the general welfare, turnout, conduct and
discipline of women recruit constables, and as such has been largely
responsible for the very high standard of the Women Police Recruit
cadre.
