Mr. CHAN Ho-yin
Mr. Chan joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in April 1957.
He was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 1977.
From 1974 to 1976 he was Divisional Superintendent/Teuen Wan.
During this period he was heavily involved in many important clearance
