Mr. Brian Gray FENDER, C.P.M.
Mr. Fender has served with Fire Services for 28 years, of which
19 years has been with the Hong Kong Fire Services. He has maintained
a high standard of personal and professional conduct throughout.
Since being awarded the Colonial Police Medal for Gallantry in 1964
he has continued to distinguish himself and in his present rank of
Chief Fire Officer has demonstrated skill and fortitude, determination

Mr. Jones has served with Fire Services for 27 years of which

He was awarded the Colonial Police
Medal for Meritorious Service in 1965 and received the Governor's
Commendation in 1964. He has distinguished himself in all branches
of the Service despite injuries, and sickness partly brought about by
injuries. As a Chief Fire Officer he has demonstrated skill, fortitude,
determination and good leadership.
