Hir. TSUI Po-shu
Mr. Teui joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1950.
He is in charge of the General Registry in C.I.D. Headquarters, a post
which he has held since 1962. Mr. Tsui is a dedicated officer who has over a considerable number of years displayed devotion to duty
and meticulous attention to detail, setting an excellent example to
his colleagues. He was awarded a Commanding Officer's Comendation"
in 1975.

Mr. WONG Shut-tsang
Mr. Wong joined the Ministry of Public Works and Buildings in 1947 as Clerk of Works, Stanley Fort which had been used as a Japanese
internment camp. Mr. Wong has given outstanding service to some 15
British Regiments which have served in the Barracks.
