Over the past 37 years Mr. Woo has devoted himself whole-heartedly
to the betterment of the local farming community.

Mr. Pang has been a member of the Labour Advisory Board since
1965. In this capacity he has been associated with, and made a significant
contribution to the improvement in labour legislation effected in recent
years.

Rev. Sik Chi-cheung
The Reverend Sik took her caths in Nanking in 1929.
Since
1946 as Headmistress and Supervisor of the Tai Kwong Middle School in
Tai Po, she has successfully expanded and raised the standards of the
school, which today has more than 900 pupils.
The Raverend Sik is also a prominent member of many boards
and committees concomed with welfare matters, particularly in Tai Po
District.

Mr. Tang is a leading Cantonese spere artiste and actor.
commands a very wide following.

For many years Mr. Tang has distinguished himself by his work
for fund raising campaigns for charitable purposes, particularly for
victims of natural disasters. He has also made a significant
contribution to the organisation and development of the Chinese Artists
Association of Hong Kong.
