Mrs. Estelle Marie OZORIO
Mrs. Ozorio is a Senior Personal Secretary who has served in the
Government since 1950. She joined the Resettlement Department in 1961
and served as Personal Secretary to seven different Commissioners.
1973, she has served in the Colonial Secretariat.

Mr. Roland Angus WINYARD
Since
Mr. Winyard is a Broadcasting Engineer with Cable and Wireless
Limited. He has been the Chief Engineer at Radio Hong Kong (now known as
Radio Television Hong Kong) since 1958 and has made a substantiel
contribution to the development of its radio and television services.

Mr. LEUNG Sing-por
Mr. Leung has been an outstanding entertainer, comedian and opera
star in Hong Kong for many years. He has brought enjoyment to millions
of people.

Mr. Marcus MAK Ping-kwan
Mr. Mak is a Chief Executive Officer in the Appointments Division
of the Civil Service Branch. In 1974 he was Secretary of the Working
Party on Unregistrable Doctors.

Corporal Alberga William WEBLEY, E.M.
Corporal Webley has served with the Royal Hong Kong Regiment
(The Volunteers) for 23 years. He has given outstanding service. B.E.M. (British Empire Medal)
Mr. Guillermo Juan BENEDICTO
Mr. Benedicto is a Clerical Officer in the Education Department. He
joined the Hong Kong Government in 1960 after fourteen years service with
H.M. Dockyard.
