TWO CROWN LAND LOTS UP FOR SALE
Two lots of Crown land will be put up for sale by auction
on March 26 (Friday) at 2.30 p.m. in the lecture room, 8th floor,
City Hall.
One of the lots is at Chung Hom Kok Road, Hong Kong. It
measures 12,800 sq.ft. and is earmarked for private residential purposes.
The other lot, measuring 782 sq.ft., is at 290 Temple

Street, Kowloon. It is for non-industrial purposes.
Full particulars and conditions of sale may be obtained
from the Public Enquiry Sub-office, Central Government Officos (West
Wing), ground floor, Hong Kong, and at the Crown Lands and Survey
Office, Kowloon Government Offices, 405 Nathan Road, 10th floor,
Kowloon.
Sele plans can also be inspected at these offices.

PRESS CONFERENCE ON TRAINING SURVEYS
The Hong Kong Training Council's Committee on Training in Commerce and Services will give a press conference at 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday (March 3) in the G.I.S. Theatre on the upcoming surveys into the training needs and problems in these important sectors.
Mr. Raymond Neale of the Hong Kong Polytechnic, Chairman of the Committee, will announce details of
the surveys
the first of their kind in this
field.
