THREE LOTS FOR SALE

Two lots of Crown land for industrial development will be offered

for sale at a public auction in the City Hall early next month.

One is located at the junction of Cheung Lee Street and Kut Shing

Street in Chai Wan and measures about 5,140 square foot. The other covera

about 17,652 square feet off Lai Chi Kok Road in Kowloon,

A third lot, suitable for private rooidential development will

also be put up for sale. It is located off Chai Wan Road on the Island

and has an area of about 17,000 square feet.

The auction will be held at 2.30 p.m. on March 8 in the City Hall

lecture room.
