Tenancies will be of a fixed term of two years

and will be renewed automatically at the end

of each term, provided there has not been a

persistent or blatant breach of the agreement.

Tenants will have the right to apply for a change

of trade, provided it meets with local demand

and does not adversely affect the living environment

of the estate.

4. Transfer of shop tenancy

Present tenants who held tenancies before April 1, In the past

1973, will be allowed to assign them.
