The present tenant will be allowed to transfer

Tenants will have the right to apply for a change
of trade, provided it meets with local demand
and does not adversely affect the living environment
of the estate.
4. Transfer of shop tenancy
Present tenants who held tenancies before April 1, In the past
1973, will be allowed to assign them.
they could only assign to authorised tenants of
an estate. Now they can assign to anyone.

is going out to every shop tenant.
