Mr. Wong Cham
Mr. Wong is the Honorary Life President and Chairman of the Supervisory
Committee of the Yaumati Kaifong Association and an Advisor to the Wong
Clansmen Association. He is the Chairman of the United Mansion Omers and
Residents Association. Mr. Wong is an outstanding figure pionooring a new
movement for the development of voluntary managenont associations on tho
co-operative and self-help basis to deal with a complexity of problems
resulting from many people living in multi-storey buildings in urban Hong Kong.

Mr. Liang Nai-kuang
Mr. Liang is a Class I Interpreter/Translator in the Judiciary.
Before he became a Goverment interpreter in 1951 he was a clerk at the
Headquarters Land Forces for one year. In 1953, he was re-graded as in
Interpreter/Translator. Nine years later, he rose to the post of Interpreter/
Translator Class I,
BADGE OF HONOUR
Mr. Wong Sau-san
Mr. Wong has been the Chairman of the Western District Kaifong
Association ever since its inception in 1953. He has played an active part
in the Hong Kong and Kowloon Joint Kaifong Research Council. He was elected
Vice-Chairman of the Council in 1965 and served in that post for one year.
5.DGE OF HONOUR
Mr. Seaker Chan Shu-kui
Mr. Chan was the Chairman of the North Point Kaifong Welfare Association
from 1955 to 1958 and has been the President of the Association since 1959.
