The Hon. D.J. Ruttonjoe, C.B.E.
Mr. Dhun Ruttonjee is the Senior Unofficial Member of the Legislative
Council. He served as an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council from
1953 to 1958 and was re-appointed an Unofficial Member in 1959. He was an
appointed Member of the Urban Council from 1950 to 1957 and has been an
Unofficial Justice of the Peace since 1947. He is the Chairman of the Hong
Kong Anti-Tuberculosis Association, Chairman of Ruttonjee Sanatorium Management
Board, Chairman of the Management Board of the Grantham Hospital, Director of
the Hong Kong Settlers Housing Corporation, Director of the Hong Kong Model
Housing Society, Vice-President of the Boy Scouts Association, Committee
Member of the Hong Kong War Memorial Fund, Member of the Board of Education,
Member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong, Member of the Hong Kong
Association, a Committee Member of the Hong Kong Exporters' Association,
Member of the Fish Marketing Advisory Board, Member of the Fisheries
Development Loan Fund Advisory Committee, Member of the Medical Advisory
Board, and Member of the Medical Development Plan Standing Committee.
Hong Kong, he was educated at St. Joseph's College and the University of Hong Kong. He was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (0.B.E.) in
1957 and appointed a Commander of the same Order (C.B.E.) in the 1964
Birthday Honours.

Mr. Kenneth Fung Ping-fan is an Unofficial Member of both Executive
and Legislative Councils, He served on the Urban Council from 1951 to 1960.
He has been an Unofficial Justice of the Peace since 1952. He is Director
and Chief Manager of the Bank of East Asia, Ltd., Member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong since 1953, Life Governor of the Hong Kong Life Guard
