Melbourne, Dec. 12. President of the Australion Lawn Tennis Association, Norman Strange, confirmed tonight that Bob Hewitt has been excluded from the Australian Davis Cup team to meet Italy in the challenge round because of his misbehaviour during the recent Victorian Championships.
