London, Sept. 20, Professional tennis champion Pancho Gonzales announced to- night he is retiring from big time professional tennis next month.
"I'm retiring just as soun os my contract with Jack Kramer's professional troupe runs out on Oct. 31," he said in an inter- view.
"I was offered a jüb playing tennis by Huntington Hartford at the club he is building Paradise Island In the Bahamas. 1 understand the club will be completed in February and that is when I'll start working down there.
"In addition I plan to go into the real estate business in Los Angeles and I can combine the two."
