New York, Oct. 13. The New York Boxing Commission announced here today the decisions on its public investigation into the organisation of the June 26 world heavyweight championship fight_be- tween Sweden's Ingemar Johansson and America's Floyd Patterson. The Boxing Commission announced: "The New York State Athletic Com- mission instructed its attorneys today to prepare charges of miscon- duct against Cus D'Amato, manager of former heavyweight champion Floyd Patterson, Rosensohn Enterprises Incorporated and William Rosensohn who promoted the June 26 Patterson-Johansson bout".
