The annual merry-go-round of Hongkong football is already beginning to turn and I was hardly surprised when I was approached the other day on the subject of nomina- tions for the positions of President and Chairman of the HKFA next season.

It seems there is still a long time until the Annual General Meeting in July and yet it is quite obvious that certain interested parties are not going to let any grass grow under their feet this time. The canvassing and sponsoring of candidates is; even this early, starting to gain impetus.
