Detroit, Jan. 8. The Soviet Deputy Premier, Mr Arastas Mikoyan, today secused Sir Winston Churchill of beginning the cold war almost 13 years ago.

He told a group of top American industrial leaders at the headquarters of the Ford Motor Company here that the cold war was started by the then Mr Churchill at Fulton, Missouri, in February 1946, with President Truman sitting behind him,
