Later he was discovered, given 33 days" detention and sent back to England. He is now serving with the Navy in Chatham.

The dog was to have teen put on the Dublin plano at London Airport. Instead he was sent off to Rome. British Euro- pean Airways discovered the mistake and radioed for Nocly to be put off at Nice. From there the dog was flown to Paris and then to Southond, becauso London, as usual, was fogbound. A car brought Noely to London Airport, where officials decided ho must bo quarantinod, because he had walked about on the soll of France.
