Raoul Luz of Club de Recreio yesterday achieved the rare distinction of having won the Colony Open Singles Lawn Bowls Championship title on more than one occasion. He last won the title 28 years ago.

In a tame final at the Hongkong Cricket Club green, Luz, who last won the event in 1929, defeated U. A. Rumjahn of Indian Recreation Club by 22-15-after 19 heads, to regain the title for the second time at the age of sixty-three.
