President Eisenhower, at the age of 66, will start; his second four-year term as head of the 168 million citizens of the United States with a festival of brilliant partios, solemn ceremony, and public rejoicing, beginning on January 19,

The inaugural ceremonies will last three days and cost about one million dollars. They promise to be unique in many ways.
