An opinion that the six drawing plans (Court exhibits) displayed no incompetence or negligence on the part of the architect responsible for them was expressed by Mr H. J. Tebbutt, partner of Leigh and Orange, when he gave evidence in the architect's claim for fees against a building contractor heard before the Senior Puisne Judge, Mr Justice T. J. Gould in the Supreme Court this morning.
