OLYMPIC GAMES SUMMARIES High & Low Hurdles

There were no surprises in either of the two hurdling events at the Olympic Games. In the High Hurdles, It wax thought possible that one of the Australians might break Into the Medal-winning trię, but that was not to be, Kocourek of Argentina and Anderson of Cuba, who did so well at the Pan-American Games last year, were both surprisingly eliminated in the first round of the "highs".
