An appeal against his conviction for posses- sion and control of a Browning 9 mm automatic pistol and 16 rounds of ammunition on the grounds that he was falsely accused and wrongly convicted was brought by Tsang Hong, 45, before Mr Justice Williams, Senior Puisne Judge, in the Appeal Court this morning.
Taang was fined $2,000 or three years' hard labour by Mr Poon Yan-hoi at Central on March 5. He was arrested by the Police at Connaught Road West 01 December 1 last year.
