An appeal against his conviction for posses- sion and control of a Browning 9 mm automatic pistol and 16 rounds of ammunition on the grounds that he was falsely accused and wrongly convicted was brought by Tsang Hong, 45, before Mr Justice Williams, Senior Puisne Judge, in the Appeal Court this morning.
