Reliable sources here said today that an Anglo-U.S. raw materials agreement to be announced later this week will provide for the shipment of 1,000,000 fons of steel to Britain in return for 20,000 tons of Malayan tin at $1.18 per tón In Singa- pore and some additional aluminium from Canada.

The 1,000,000 tons of steel for Britain includes the 100,000 already arranged for in
