At the annual general meeting of the Hongkong Football Referees Association held last night, the Chairman, Mr L. G. Young, disclosed that certain suggestions would be put forward at the forthcoming annual meeting of the Hongkong FA which, if carried, would mean that football in Hongkong would have better control than ever it had before.
