IP KOON-HUNG TAKES CERNIK TO FIVE SETS IN 22-HOUR BATTLE

One of the best performances of the opening day of the Lawn Tennis Championships at Wimbledon was that of the Hongkong, Chinese and Malayan Champion, Ip Koon-hung, who was narrowly beaten in five sets by V. Cernik, the exiled Czechoslovak Davis Cup player.
Ip, who arrived in England three weeks ago, was on the court for two and
