London, June 18. Informed officials reported tonight the British government and the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company (AIOC) have agreed to offer Persia.around £10,000,000 against a future settlement of the two countries' oil dispute.

The reported offer will be presented to Persian leaders late tomorrow. It was approved by the British Cabinet today.

The sources said it will be part of a general counter-proposal which AIOC will make to Persia's demand for 75 per cent of the Company's oil revenues (less production costs.)
