We will still be "on the chase.. In fresh fields and parties now,"

Ti is just to take our cue af titis opportune moment to come forth and take our bow...and. incidentally, to satisfy the many curious regarding our identity.

And so to you, and you, arid you.. here's our how-dic-you-de,

From our readers.

It was on March 7, 1949, that we embarked on this ventürova effort to ferret out the "my- aleries" of the Waterfront and to enlighten, wherever possible, the local shore ensanunity wid visit- ing seamen upon the númerova salient features of this Port.

"I feel, that with the passling of your page. There is a danger that the public interest in tha. Harbour and the visiting scament who continue to

"In a large and vitally import- ant port such as this, your weekly pane has done much to publicise both the Bite Harbour and the work of the Seafarers-subjectit which the majority of Hong Kong residents take far too much for granted.

"It must, however, be with sense of pride but you relinquish your inric of writing the "Hong Kong Waterfront" Columii.

"It has been a worthwhile Job of work in that it stat cemented together those who have similar interestá concerning the Harbour and Seafarers.".
