In the semi-finals of the Colony Ladies Tennis Singles played at the Ladies Recreation Club yesterday, Mrs. Stack experienced no great difficulty in earning the right to meet Mrs. Mary Chow in the finals by boating Mrs. Armstrong 6-4, 6-2.

During the match yesterday, Mrs. Stock proved

that she was much the stronger hitter in her strokes and her accuracy in finding the side- lines with her drives kept Mrs. Armstrong run- ning on the baseline most of the time.
