BEN WYVIS WINS THE AUTUMN PLATE
The downfall of Skymaster, record holder for one mile 170 yards, in the Autumn Plato run over a distance of one mile was one of the high- lights of yesterday's racing at Happy Valley.
Other features of yesterday's racing were the high dividends returned to the lucky punters, the highest being $136 paid by Desert Khight for each win ticket.
Senfire also sprang a sur- prise win and paid $101.70 to each of its winning backers.
Highest place dividend WNE paid by Thunder Sky, which placed second in the third section of the Humphreys Handicup-- each ticket being worth $74.00.
