1. Date of Commencing of Licensing.
Annual licensing will commence on Monday, 3rd July, 1950 at a.m. and will continue dally, closing at 4 p.m. |Saturday, Sundays and Holldoys excepted.

CITATION AGAIN LOSES TO NOOR
Albany, (California) June 18.
The Irish-bred Noor, who came third in the 1948 Epsoni Derby when owned by the Aga Khan, scored his third succes- sive victory over America'a mighty Citation yesterday when ho won the $10,000 (about £2,571) Fortyniners' Handicap. Noor broke the record for the one mile, one furlong journey with 1 min. 48.8 secs. four-fifths of a second better than the pre- vious mark.
