Sun by falsely pretending that first defendant Lilly Stewart held a Crown lease on the site now known as the Rainbow Amuse-, ment Park at the junction of Lalchikok and Nathan Roads for a term of 75 years and was at the time in possession of a government licence to operate an amusement park on the site.
