Caught inadvertently in the stampede one day during the week we began to realise that perhaps they may not mind it after all, in the near future.

The "Chiu 'Chau” or East Coast trading junk with her "eyes" and characteristic banana-shaped hull is the Colony's most colourful and pic- turesque craft.
