Troops today began to unloal general cargo from the 7,145-ton, Canadian freighter, Montreal City, the immediate cause of the three wooks' stop- page of work by between 2,000 and 3,000 Avonmouth dockors.
Several times during the dispute the strikers' leader, Mr. Joe Doody, has declared: "Lot the troops unload the Montreal City for us and we con stort work at price." The Montreal City has 5,000 tons of grain on board as well as general cargo.
