After first aid had been rendered by Mr. F. W. Reis, Supreme Court Bailiff, Mrs. Kovach re- covered and later left the Court unassisted. The appeal, which was based on grounds of mixed low and facts, was against the decision of Mr. D. L. Strollatt who, sitting as a Magistrate in Tenancy Tribunal "A"; ordered the eviction of Mrs. Kovach and Mr. L. Mercado from Shop 7C Alexandra Building,
