British court of inquiry into the circumstancos of the collision between a British airliner and a Soviet Yak fighter over, Børlin on April 5 has reported that there was no evidence to show that the collision, was anything but an accident. The court, whose report was published today, de- clared that the collision was caused by the action of the Soviet fighter aircraft which was in disregard of the, accepted rules of flying and in particular of the four-power flying rules to which the Soviet authorities were parties.
