ANSWERS ATTACK Criticism Of Book "Rise Of Christianity" Coming To Terms With Science

London, Oct. 14.

The_Bishop of Birmingham, 73-year-old Dr. F. W. Barnes, replied to an attack by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Geoffrey Fisher, on his book “Rise of Christianity" today by declaring that the opinións expressed in the book were "entirely compatible with my position as a bishop of the Church of England.”
