The only upset in the three First Division soccer games played yesterday was the unexpected defeat of Royal Artillery by St. Joseph's by four goals to two.

At Causeway Bay Chinese Athletic garnered both points when they beat Royal Navy by four goals to two after being two goals in arrears in the first half. The other game between South China and Kwong Wah was very scrappy and did not reach first division standard, South China won by three goals to one.
