The inside story of United States-Russian military collaboration during the war, including co- operation between the United States Office of - Strategic Services (the American secret in- telligence set-up) and the Soviet Secret Foliçe in the exchange of intelligence, was made pub- lic today.

The story is told by Maj-Gen John R. Deane, who headed the US. Military Mission to Moscow and who retired from the Army in order to write his account of the mission, which was published today as "The Strange Alliance," Gen. Deane's revelations included the following:
