Japan rehearsed the Pearl Harbour attack in her naval war games of August 1941, worked out the schedule of operations for the occupation of Hong Kong, Malaya, Burma, the Nether- lands East Indies, the Philippines and central Pacific islands and, on Nov. 10, issued final orders for war with the United States and Bri tain, the International Military Tribunal was told by the prosecution today.
