It is a truism that the best defence is offence. The Nazi war machine is only the physical expres- sion of a political offence! summarised in Hitler's plan for a "new order" that is actually as old as the human mind's desire for domination. The best defence against this scheme to make other peoples the slaves of a "master race" of gang- sters is a dynamic con- cept of a better world or- der.

The world is not going] back either to Hitler's "wave of the past" or to the injustice and in- security of the old order which failed to prevent this war. Where, then, is it going? Those who want a better future must look toward it, think toward it.
