How To Order Reducing
Diet In Restaurant
Great confusion arises when a Woman wants

Once

has learned which foods she should eat, and the quantity of cach, in order to supply energy and protect her against illness, she can "eat nut" and still reduce if she will re- member to:
1-When ordering fruit avoid those packed in syrup. Ask for water-packed or fresh fruit.
2- When ordering vegetables insist upon them being plain cook ed. Avold those made rich with butter, butter sauce or cream
sauce.
3-You may have full portions of the meats allowed in your diet but the cuts must be free from visible fat. Juice au natural is permissible
in quantities but avoid thick, greasy, fatty flour
sauces.
With the allowed cereals (whole grain dry or cooked) you muy use a teaspoonful of sugar and 2 full ounces of whole, fresh milk. Avoid cream and butter on cereals.
5-You may have salads, green salads of all kinds and all you want of them, but do not eat with them rich French or mayonnaise dressings. The dressing should be fat-free if possible or simple lemon juice and olive oil seasoned slightly
