Vitamin C Easily

Vitamin C is vital to the health of the blood vessels, it favours good bone and tooth formation, and cooperates with other vita- mins in building defence against infection and bacterial poisons. It stimulates growth through ina- creased appetite.

Vitamin C is found abundantly in these foods: red peppers, green peppers. horseradish, parsley, kohlrabi, collards, liver, turnip greens, watercress, spinach and tomatoes.
